This is one of the best blister packaging machine. It is flat bed machine for both thermo formed and cold formed blisters. It is based on latest servo motion control technology. It has independent servo driven stations controlled by full function intelligent high speed PLC.


It has user friendly touch screen MMI with recipe setting and product library functions for quick change over. It has separate punch, perforation and embossing stations. Lists of alarm and troubleshooting guide is also integrated with it. It is most compatible machine for downstream automation. We can set index and cold forming depth on MMI manually.It has easy slide in tools for performing punch, embossing and perforation actions. It also has some optional features like pin hole detection system, non fill camera control, inkjet printing system and splice detection etc.


It has best speed up to 110 cycles per minute for thermoforming and 35 cycles per minute for cold forming. It gives up to 240 blisters per minute. Thermo formable materials like PVC, PVC with PE/PVDC, COC, ACLAR, PET are used for the base film. While for cold forming tri- laminated aluminum is used. We can use heat sealable aluminum or paper foils for lid.


Product feeding is done by oscillating feeder with feeding channel. Air consumption done at the rate 250 liter per minute. 200 litres of water is required to feed per hour. 12 KW peak, 7KW average power is required to operate the machine.
